JFK tells the story of New Orleans district attorney Jim Garrison, who decides to investigate on his own the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas, in 1963. Garrison deeply distrusts the official version presented by the FBI, and both what he already knows and what he discovers lead him to suspect that the public has not been told the whole truth.
